Felting Class for Children in Bay Ridge – 4 Classes

Aimee is having felting classes for children on four Sunday afternoons at City League Coffee Roasters on 4th Avenue and 68th Street in Bay Ridge. They are going to make the snowman and tree above (and some other things it says)

Before we talk about the raid, let’s talk about the condition of the street in this photo. It’s filthy. It’s not just the garbage bag or the papers, it’s the street looks unmaintained….it needs to be powerwashed. .
If someone showed you this photo and said, “This is Bay Ridge” would you believe them?
Anyway, there was another raid at this place. Ridgites saw it happen around 2:00 pm yesterday. It’s almost a year ago that it was first raided. There’s just too many of these shops and no one is doing anything about them.

Mohammed Hossain was hit by a car while crossing the street at the corner of 37th Street and Fort Hamilton Parkway in Borough Park, Brooklyn at 10:30 pm last night.
He was hit by a second car that also left the scene. (Source) (How awful!)

Mohammed was only 46-years-old. He was a veteran!
