Two Robberies on 86th Street on 9/21/25
The NYPD shared this info this week:
Incident #1 (62 Precinct):
It was reported to police that on Sunday, September 21, 2025, at approximately 9:50 P.M., inside a commercial establishment at 2007 86 Street, an unidentified individual forcibly entered through the roof and removed approximately $450 from the register. The individual then fled through the roof.
Incident #2 (68 Precinct)
Hours later at 1:00 A.M., the thief entered at 515 86 Street by forcibly breaking a door. The thief store merchandise and cash. He was last leaving the basement.

This morning there was a Citizen alert around 11:15 am about a woman being hit by a vehicle on 4th Avenue and 101st Street in Bay Ridge.

RIP Judith Byron

Judith Byron was hit by a vehicle while crossing 7th Avenue and 41st Street in Sunset Park at 9:30 on Saturday night. News:

Judith had the light. The silver SUV went through the red light, hit Judith and did not stop.
Judith was taken to Maimonides Hospital, but she passed away.
