November 1, 2021Coco Bubble Tea Closed in Bay Ridge

I’m surprised to see Coco Bubble Tea close. It seemed to be well-liked by people in the area. But they would need to sell a lot of bubble tea to pay their rent.

If you need good bubble tea, head to Pig Pig Cafe, our relatives like that place.

October 31, 2021Bay Ridge Catalytic Converter Bandits

Many Bay Ridge residents are sharing angry messages that the catalytic converter in their car has been stolen. The vehicle will can not be operated without this piece.
The thief remove the pipe, converter and a sensor.
Hondas and Toyota are the primary cars that they are after.
It’s shocking to walk to your car and see it has been vandalized. It’s also expensive. Neither the politicians or police seem to care that people are being robbed.
The cost of repair – around $1500.

October 31, 2021Happy Halloween, Bay Ridge

I love all the decorated homes around the neighborhood. Halloween stays alive because people keep it alive for the kids.
I grew up on an amazing block in Sunset Park. We only trick-or-treated to our neighbors homes because they were so generous. Many neighbors made their treats like candy apples, popcorn balls and brownies. Every year, I remember them when we decorate our home.
Lee doesn’t have a lot of good memories of Halloween, but he’s come to love it living in Bay Ridge. This year he pulled out the decorations with me even asking him!
Have a great day, Bay Ridge!
