The missing man has dementia and may be in need of medical attention.
Description: 6’2″ tall, 190lbs, with gray hair and brown eyes.
Leonard Alexander was wearing a blue hat, brown coat, blue jeans, and black sneakers.

The state should have taken over NYCHA because the city is not able to do even an adequate job. People, many with children, live in NYCHA and they shouldn’t have to wonder if they will have heart in the evening.
