Palestinian Nakba in Bay Ridge on May 15th – Call For Justice For Journalist, Shireen Abu Akleh

The Palestinian’s Nakba in Bay Ridge was larger last year because it was held on a Saturday. (See videos here)

This year the Palestinians in Bay Ridge spoke about Shireen Abu Aqleh, the Palestinian journalist who was shot in the head by an Israeli sniper. She was wearing a press vest.

The NY Times headline didn’t tell the story so someone fixed it and shared it on Instagram:

In the video below, the men are carrying Shireen Abu Aqleh’s coffin out and the Israeli police are hitting, kicking and beating them with batons. (Info here) The situation in Israel has become much worse and other countries, the UN or ICJ need to intervene.

If Justin Brannan Told You About His Terrible Legislation, I Wouldn’t Need To…

On Thursday night, Brannan started a tweet rant about this blog because someone shared a link to this on a Bay Ridge Facebook page.

Why does Justin Brannan care if I am sharing a bill he made? See it here. If Justin Brannan doesn’t want me to write about his terrible bills, he shouldn’t make them.

If I ever wrote something untrue on this blog, Councilman Brannan could easily send me an e-mail or call – yes, he has my information. He has never contacted me because I link to his terrible legislation.

On Friday morning, Brannan continued to discuss my blog on Twitter with anyone who had nothing to do.

A former political staffer went back and forth with Brannan on Twitter about Qanon. While he worked for Frontus, I exposed a Qanon switching her signs, yet he didn’t write that to Brannan. (See here)

Brannan went full blown loco and wrote that I was a Ultra MAGA. (See below)

That’s just Justin Brannan lying. I’m a registered Democrat.

I have never written about Donald Trump. I actually haven’t written about the past or current president at all. It’s covered enough by the news and social media.

At 8:30 pm on Friday, Brannan continued to cry about this blog on Twitter. How obsessive!

Brannan tweeted that I stole things from his Facebook page. Last Fall, Justin Brannan blocked me from viewing his Facebook when I posted a link about one of his bills for a lobbyist. He had a terrible turnout at his event on Friday evening. (See here) I would have shared the event if I had known about it.

I write a lot about crime. Justin Brannan rarely ever talks about crime. I am glad that other people talk with the police and share that information. (See here)

Not one Democrat in Bay Ridge spoke up and said the truth to Brannan. Chris McCreight was online tweeting against Nicole Malliotakis at that time. (See here) McCreight sees Brannan’s bad legislation and is silent. (See here)

Republicans laughed at Brannan’s moronic tweets because they know I have written about Republicans, who had ties to a developer or REBNY. Thank you for all of the people who spoke up and said the truth to the Councilman.

I share what’s going on in Bay Ridge and that includes the politics of the socialists, Democrats, Republicans, Conservations and Qanon. If you don’t want to be mentioned, don’t make bad choices for our community.

Grandma’s Love & The Hospital Book Machine

Grandma’s Love is an amazing organization in Bay Ridge. Normally, Theresa Monteforte, the head of Grandma’s Love and her team are giving out backpacks with food to children in our local schools to help out families in need.

Last month, Grandma’s Love donated this book machine to NYP Brooklyn Methodist Hospital at 506 6th Street (and 7th Avenue in Park Slope). (More pics here)

The book machine is loaded with free books for children who are sick at the hospital. Monteforte shared that this is the first of many book machines for Brooklyn and NYC.

A lot of amazing things like this happen in our community, but they aren’t shared in local newspapers because the journalist don’t live here. Everyone would want to read this amazing story!!

PIX 11 shared this amazing story last month, but I didn’t see it:
