Delivery Man Killed on 4th Avenue & 21st Street
A delivery man was killed on 21st Street and 4th Avenue in Brooklyn yesterday. How many deaths will it take before a politician steps up and does something? (Story)
The man was 55 years old and killed while working to bring money home for his family. A driver attempting to make a left turn struck his motorcycle around 3 pm. (Source)

Councilwoman Aviles from Sunset Park shared these photos. She wrote a tweet calling for action. Hopefully she will do more as her constituents have written her comments on Twitter asking for her to close the bike lane and help the community. (See here)

Cops arrested the three men who allegedly attacked the man and recovered two knives.

Did You Vote for Justin Brannan So He Could Make a Bill to Give Brad Lander a Fund?
While politicians are a flutter over Ro vs. Wade this week, Justin Brannan wrote on Facebook about all of his bills.
I went to see what bills he submitted and which ones he didn’t mention. I found that Brannan forgot to mention this bill. (See here) Why do you think he didn’t mention this one?
Justin Brannan is the head of Finance. He wants to make an account for Brad Lander, his friend and the NYC Comptroller to receive unrestricted charitable contributions.
It’s unbelievable Brannan would think that was a good idea. Brannan must think no one is watching.
As NYC’s Comptroller, Brad Lander should have killed this bill the same day Brannan submitted it.

Ralph Perfetto & Sabrina Rezzy Are Off the Ballot
Ralph Perfetto has been removed from the ballot for District 64 Democrat District Leader in Bay Ridge.
Last we heard Perfetto and Hanna were suing each other in attempt to knock the other off the ballot. (see here)
Ralph’s 85 years old and probably laughing.
Sabrina Rezzy was also removed from the ballot for District leader in the 64th Assembly District. Rezzy was challenging Joanne Seminara, but Rezzy lives in Brooklyn Heights. Sabrina Rezzy works for the Democratic Party Boss, Rodneyse Bichotte (see tweet from October below) #GAMES

Ghislaine Maxwell is At MDC in Brooklyn
Ghislaine Maxwell is awaiting sentencing at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center (MDC) on 29th Street. (Story here)
Maxwell is 60 years old and she can be sentenced up to 55 years in prison for trafficking girls for Jeffrey Epstein.

Fire on 3rd Avenue and 82nd Street in Bay Ridge
Around 10:15 pm tonight, there was a fire on the third floor of a building on 3rd Avenue and 82nd Street.
The Citizen App shows the address of 8218 – 3rd Avenue, which is the Status Q Pool Hall building. (See video)
By 11:00 pm, the app shared that the firemen had the fire under control. Thank God.

The Ridge Gift Shop Opened on 3rd Avenue – Right on Time for Mother’s Day
A new gift shop called The Ridge opened at 8121 – 3rd Avenue right in time for Mother’s Day!
The Ridge is next door to Ben’s Pizza on 3rd Avenue and 82nd Street (See street view here)
The Ridge sells pillows, frames, decor for your house, holiday items, shirts, lotions, cute makeup bags and novelty items. It’s the type of store where you can fin the perfect gift for someone who has everything. It’s a beautiful store!
And they sell coffee:
Congratulations to Danielle for making it happen! The store is a beautiful addition to the neighborhood and we wish you a lot of success!
This storefront has been empty for a long time. It used to be occupied by The Stretch Joint Company.
