Jewish Teen in Brooklyn Was Forced To Say, “Free Palestine” And Was Egged Anyway
A Yeshiva student was physically and verbally assaulted, but the story is WORSE than was reported. The 15 YO boy, was made to say “FREE PALESTINE,” ON CAMERA several times. The student was egged and physically attacked even though he said what he was told to say.
Councilwoman Inna Vernikov has done a good job on shining a light on hate. She’s meeting with administrators at Murrow High School.
We hope something can be done so this teen isn’t harassed due to his faith.

Nicole Malliotakis Calls For Locking School Doors
In our area, Congresswoman Nicole Malliotakis is the ONLY politician who has discussed wanting to lock the doors to schools – none of our other pols has ever mentioned it.
During the Pandemic, NYC schools locked it’s doors. It made schools feel safer and it may slow down a shooter.

Pitbull Found in Sunset Park-Brought to 68th Pct.
On Thursday, a black and white female pitbull was found on 57th Street between 3rd and 4th Avenues (in the 72nd Precinct).
The dog was brought to the 68th Precinct. There must be an officer at the 68th Precinct who is a dog lover (thank God for that person). We have seen in the past that most dogs are held for a day or two, so they can be reclaimed.

Huge Celebration in Bay Ridge Friday 10/28
Fifth Avenue in Bay Ridge is having a free, fun Halloween Festival with a lot of nice things for children and families.
It will be from 6 – 9 pm on 5th Avenue between 72nd Street and 85th Street.
Come out and stroll, enjoy the music and all the fun Fall activities. Children wear your costumes – Trick or Trunk!
If you have seen signs for 5 – 9 pm, the artists, crafters, organizations and businesses will be set up from 5-10 pm. The Halloween festivities for kids are 6-9 pm.
