Councilman Justin Brannan Is In Puerto Rico

Journalist, Jeff Coltin shared that Councilman Brannan is in Puerto Rico at Somos. (Here) A lot of lobbyists are also at Somos.

While other pols share on social media that they are on the trip, Brannan doesn’t. There is no reason for NYC politicians to go to Puerto Rico each year.

Katie Horan shared this photo of the NY Attorney general hanging out. Why would Leticia James have been able to meet with these men in NYC?

NY’ers need to expect more from politicians.

Happy Veteran’s Day, Bay Ridge Veterans!

Veteran’s Day is an important day, but more important is electing politicians who will stand up for veterans.

When the government talks about budget cuts, sometimes it affects veteran benefits. This should never be an item on the cutting table. These men and women bravely served in the military and America needs to ensure that they are taken care of.

Bay Ridge Democrats Crying – Chris McCreight Failed The Democrats All Around the District

The Bay Ridge Democrats knew what was going on and they sat back while our community was gerrymandered. It’s sad that not one member of the Bay Ridge Democrats believed in having a fair district.

When Gounardes voted for Max Rose to have a district like him, he knew it wasn’t a fair district. Gounardes spoke about Golden not creating fair districts, so it’s shocking when he had the chance he didn’t. The court had to redo the Congressional District and they made it more Conservative than before. Max Rose didn’t have a chance and the Bay Ridge Democrats KNEW that.

When politicians need to cheat with unfair districts that are skewed towards one political party, it means you have terrible politicians, who don’t want to represent the people.

When the Bay Ridge Democrats failed to Chris McCreight and other District leaders should have thrown their money into other accounts to support them – did Chris and the other district leaders?

Crying and pointing at Jay when the problem is right in the area means you aren’t willing to fix the problems in your party.

Chris McCreight moved to District 46 (from 64) and there was losses all around him. People don’t know him in Coney Island and he didn’t extend himself there because he was pushing a dead end election with Rose. We never saw Democrats lose like this in South Brooklyn. Get a better district leader who can talk and work with the people!
