Trampoline Park Opens in Brooklyn 12/31/22
Urban Air Adventure Park opened this week on 2nd Avenue between 44th and 45th Street in Brooklyn. (See their FB page for pics)
This is a nice addition to Brooklyn because it is a trampoline park and kids love these places! They have so many fun activities at this huge place. (See here)
It is expensive, so you might want to look at the monthly membership, if you plan to go a lot. (See here)
They are having a grand opening on Saturday, December 31st at 10:00 am and their is a special for the first 200 people in line:
I bet a lot of children will want to have a birthday party there (see party info).

There was an assault in a building in Bay Ridge on 68th Street on December 21st.
Today, December 28th, the NYPD told the community about it on social media, but the Bay Ridge politicians did not share it, neither did the 68th precinct account. Let’s all pretend there is no crime.
Not one politician spoke about it.

December 28, 2022Vehicle Which Has Been on Fire and Has Broken Windows Remains on the Street Over Two Weeks
Over two weeks ago, I shared a photo of a SUV with a hitch that was parked on 86th Street. The vehicle had been on fire and all the windows were broken. (See here)
Today, the same vehicle received a visit from cops. The area smelled like there was another fire. The police had the hood of the SUV up.
This is across the street from some nice homes, where people care about their community and their neighbors.
Multiple people have reported this vehicle to 311, so it can be removed. The calls are closed and the abandoned vehicle remains on the street.
Not one politician had the vehicle removed since December 11th. Andrew Gounardes and Councilman Justin Brannan represent this area.
We need new representatives, who actually care and want to help the neighborhood.

December 28, 2022A Thief Tried to Break into Senator Lanza’s Home on Christmas Night
Senator Andrew Lanza represents Staten Island. On Christmas, a thief broke into his car and attempted to break into his home while his family was home! How awful!
Lanza shared about how the criminal tried to smash through his patio doors here and then he praised the NYPD.

Police Officer David Guttenberg was shot and killed on December 28, 1978 on 7th Avenue and 86th Street.
Officer Guttenberg is remembered 44 years later by the NYPD (See here) and Bay Ridge residents.

December 28, 2022Anthony Colomba is Missing – Last in Brooklyn
Anthony Colomba, a 64-year-old Staten Island resident was last seen yesterday afternoon (Tuesday, December 27th) on 86th Street and 15th Avenue in Brooklyn. (Source)
Colomba is 5 feet 11 inches tall and was wearing a dark blue pea coat, blue jeans and gray sneakers. He has brown eyes and black hair.
Prayers for his safe and fast return!
