Brannan Shares Awning Act with Store Owners

City Council passed a bill to protect shop owners from high fines for their signs. Councilman Brannan shared the bill with some store owners.

Who is going to help get these signs back up?

Store owners are losing business because customers see the store with the gate down when it is closed……and  without the awning. Some people have posted online to ask about a business – some people just move onto another store.

City Council should use their reserve money to help store owners get their signs rehung safely.

GENDA Passed Today

It’s hard to believe that this didn’t pass years ago.

Thank God for new representatives who understand that respect for all was not just necessary, but long overdue.

More on GENDA, the anti-discrimination act: here.

Marc Molinaro Lost by a Million Votes and Still Won’t Go Away

You don’t know who Marc Molinaro is…..yeah many New Yorkers don’t.

Molinaro ran for Governor against Andrew Cuomo in the last election. Molinaro lost by over a million votes.

Marc Molinaro campaigned with Marty Golden – see here

And now Marc M0linaro won’t go away. The Republican Party needs to speak to their former candidates and show them the movie Frozen – #LetItGo – so the Republican Party can rebuild with new people (ones that have never run and people like).

If you lose an election, go away. It’s not the worst thing in the world, it just means this wasn’t for you. Go do something else – move on.

Bay Ridge Slow Down Before Someone Dies!

Councilman Brannan wrote about the accident that happened today. A middle school student in our area had to be taken to the hospital.

Brannan is asking for more money for traffic enforcement.

Someone will give the money and we will get more ticket agents on our avenues because people don’t believe there is an issue.

Where are all the beat cops that money was allocated for?
