When Bay Ridge residents are driving around looking for parking, they must get mad when they see a boulder sitting on their corner taking the spot because some urban planner thought this form of daylighting needed. Info: https://www.nyc.gov/html/dot/downloads/pdf/daylighting-and-street-safety.pdf I’m surprised groups of people haven’t gotten together to move the boulders yet.
