Weather permitting, the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene will conduct ground-based spraying of mosquito adulticide to help prevent West Nile Virus on 8/19/26. Late at night, a truck goes down each block and sprays. Before the truck goes down the block, there is an announcement to alert people that they will be spraying.
