December 12, 202168th Precinct Said They Towed Trucks — What Car Dealership Has The Right to Park Near Poly Prep?

On Friday night, Captain Tolson shared the photo above and said that they towed the trucks on 86th Street.
The Second Platoon Officers must know Captain Tolson doesn’t care and won’t go look himself:

John took these photos TODAY, Sunday December 12th and the area is covered with commercial trucks and trucks carrying cars.

Someone must have made a deal with a company or this is someone’s brother-in-laws’ business because none of these trucks are ever ticketed. When the 68th Precinct says they have been towed, many have just been moved to 7th Avenue near the highway because they don’t think you will notice.

If you or I were parked for 5 minutes illegally, we would get a ticket.

Why haven’t these trucks accumulated tickets from the precinct?

A staff member from Poly Prep explained that Poly Prep has called this in as well.
.

Who can people from our area go to with this problem when politicians are taking money from car dealerships?

Senator Andrew Gounardes took thousands from a PAC that represents dealerships, so people aren’t going to be able to get help from him.

How come the politicians haven’t taken care of this with the NYPD by now? Because they don’t care.

December 11, 2021Is Prostitution Happening on 3rd Avenue in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn?

Yin Zuo Beauty Spa is at 7404 – 3rd Avenue. If you can’t picture where this place is, it’s next to Shangri La and it used to be a deli. (Street view)

Maybe the owners of Yin Zuo Beauty Spa don’t understand the sign because 9 minutes ago they posted this on their Google Profile. Don’t open in front of children or at work – (the scantily clad woman’s photos have been removed)

We’ve heard of these type of places opening in our area with their covered windows. but I don’t think any had a website like this.
While I was outside reading the signs, a woman kept opening the front door and then closing it.

The last time a lot of these were closed was a few years ago because the former pastor at St. Finbar’s, Father Gelfant spoke out against it and went from place to place to get the police there. He is now at Blessed Trinity Parsh in the Rockaways.

No politicians mentioned this on their social media. Do they live here with us? Mike Tannousis is the Assemblyman for that block, so I sent him a message because Brannan and Gounardes are disconnected as usual.

While some people may be okay with places like this, the reality is that some women may be forced to work in places like this.
How is this place allowed to stay open 24 hours a day?

December 11, 2021East River Park Has a TRO But the NYPD Isn’t Following the Courts Papers

The community activists in the East River Park won in court! They were given a TRO (Temporary Restraining Order to stop work in the park until they could be heard in court on December 20th.

These are the same people that Councilman Justin Brannan wouldn’t speak to during the Summer when they went to his office. (See video of them at Brannan’s office.)
They were given redacted. All of the pages of the Engineering report for the park look like this:

Brannan told the people he would request an oversight hearing. Corey Johnson said no council member put in the paperwork for an oversight hearing.
NYC has continued to cut down trees despite the TRO from the state. What fascist Democrats aren’t following the state-issued TRO? These are not Bernie Sanders, Socialist Democrats.

NYC Comptroller Scott Stringer saw there was a problem with the contract and sent it back. Yesterday he wrote this on Twitter:
I sent the East River Park contract back due to serious unresolved issues, yet the City moved ahead. I’m still concerned that the community isn’t being heard, and actions like today’s don’t help.

This morning, this NYPD Police Captain won’t tell the activists who ordered the TRO to be prohibited (play video).
Captain Worobey won’t tell community who ordered him to violate TRO prohibiting any more destruction in East River Park today. @CarlinaRivera @ChrisMarteNYC @yuhline @HarveyforNY @galeabrewer @bradhoylman @BrianKavanaghNY @KeithPowersNYC @MarkLevineNYC @GrandStreetDems @DIDNYC pic.twitter.com/q9M6fH05zN

What type of government orders for NYS Court ordered documents to be ignored? Fascist Democrats. These aren’t socialists, like Bernie Sanders.
Please come to North gate again. Just south of Houston entrance. Bear witness to this crime. Mayor, contractors, DDC, NYPD violating state issued TRO. @1000treesNYC @ERPAction @AllieRyanNYC @kirstentheodos pic.twitter.com/nn0z9HcQmK

What’s the urgency with killing off the trees in this park?
NYC's pols have shut residents out of East River Park's plans. The tennis courts and amphitheater will be privatized, car parking will be next. If NYC is so proud of its plan, why was there no ribbon cutting ceremony? #SaveEastRiverPark #ClimateActionNow

They must have thought if they could say in court, “Ooops we didn’t realize there was a restraining order” that the court would order in their favor.

Thank God for people like the East River Park Activists who work up early this morning to save their park. Yet, these activists are being arrested -even senior citizens when they have a TRO from the state. How is that even possible?
Happening right now. TREES COMING DOWN ! ARRESTS! VIOLATIONS! Come to #EastRiverPark ?@CarlinaRivera? ?@AllieRyanNYC? ?@ERPAction? ?@1000treesNYC? pic.twitter.com/l3EoLfR1ng

Strange times we are living in when leaders can’t stand up and do the right thing for NYC.
