If There Was Benign Neglect, Why Didn’t Justin Brannan Do Something or Say Something Until Now?
I was surprised to see Brannan wrote this about the current administration leading NYC, as he has never spoken out about it:

December 20, 2021Bay Ridge Senior Center is Moving to A Building on Bay Ridge Avenue This Summer
The Bay Ridge Center, started in the 70’s in the basement of Bethlehem Lutheran Church. Currently it’s on 4th Avenue and Ovington.
Now the Senior Center is moving to Metropolitan Life/ Mass Mutual building on 15 Bay Ridge Avenue (69th Street) and the corner of Owls Head Court – near Shore Road.
It serves Bay Ridge, Dyker Heights and Sunset Park.
This is going to be great for the seniors because they will have a large two-story building 21,000 square feet – that is renovated.
They will also be able to walk down the block and have access to the waterfront and ferry service for trips.
The center is expected to be open this June 2022.

Is Max Rose just saying anything so he can post a tweet?
NYC had to fight against a group of senators who were part of the IDC – Independent Democratic Conference. These Democrats banned together and voted with the Republicans. Their constituents didn’t know and in almost every situation they were voted out.
Senator Diane Savino was in Staten Island and not called out by Mark Treyger or any other Democrat in South Brooklyn. Want more info about this – go here

December 19, 2021Malliotakis Says Socialists Get Coal This Year
A few weeks ago, Congresswoman Nicole Malliotakis took a lot of heat from the Republican Party for voting for the Infrastructure Bill.
Malliotakis wanted to make sure her community got the needed repairs and she was hoping to avoid the Democrats pushing the Build Back Better Bill (renamed Build Back Broke by the Republicans).
Malliotakis pointed out Congresswoman Omar complaining about how she knew that was going to happen when they separated Build Back Better from Infrastructure. See the tweet below LOL.
One strange thing in the Build Back Better bill was that people who came across the border and entered America illegally were going to be given money. C’mon!
