$3800 For Storefront Rent on 3rd Avenue

When I saw the listing for this storefront, I felt so sad.

Norma’s Arts and Crafts at 7813 3rd Avenue is a special store in Bay Ridge. And it’s such a loss for this community that this store is closing as many families went there.

$3800 for rent is a lot of money for rent….for any type of business.

Hopefully, this place won’t be empty for a long time, like so many other places on the avenue.
