Gounardes Flip Flops – Supports Bill That Stops Landlords From Evicting Tenants Who Don’t Pay

When Andrew Gounardes ran for office, he did not support the bill to stop evictions.

Thousands of people in NYC were evicted:

Now that election season is over, Gounardes supports this bill, as we saw a group thanking him on social media. #FlipFlop #NonElectionYear

What about all the property owners and landlords who trusted Gounardes and voted for him? Fickle Andrew thinks they don’t know!

There are landlords in NYC who have not received rent money since before the pandemic.

Here’s what $4000 a month gets you in Bay Ridge:

Mayor Adams Stayed Overnight with the Asylum Seekers – Andrew Gounardes Did Not

Mayor Adams moved the new immigrants to the Brooklyn Cruise Terminal, which is in Gounardes District. These men were comfortable in a hotel in Manhattan, so they were not happy about living in the shared space at the Terminal.

Gounardes and other liberals shared a statement on social media, without viewing the facilities. The Twitter politicians believe that putting up a message on social media is “doing something.”

With redistricting, Andrew Gounardes now represents Bay Ridge to Downtown Brooklyn, rather than to Marine Park.

Mayor Adams spent the night on the Brooklyn Cruise Terminal with the new immigrants. He was joined by Assemblyman Eddie Gibbs. Andrew Gounardes was not willing to do that because it’s not easy like issuing a statement on social media. Instead, he tweeted:

Earlier that day, Andrew was playing with some other elected making a video running through the station. The politicians were complaining that they wanted a six minute wait for the train. All were clueless that the wait for a train is over twenty minutes in Bay Ridge – even Gounardes seemed clueless about that!

If you need a senator who is going to play around instead of take action for the community, you have the right person with Gouardes.
