A New Restaurant is Coming to 3rd Avenue – Baci’s Spot on 85th and 3rd Avenue Was Rented

In August, Baci Ristorante on 3rd Avenue and 85th Street closed. Immediately, they started renovations. In the Summer, Baci’s staff told us that another restaurant was coming with the same owner. That plan must have been abandoned.

Today, Ben Bay Realty announced that the 85th Street corner spot was rented for $13,000 a month and a great restaurant is coming!

Staten Island restaurant owner, Joseph Salimeni, who owns J’s on the Bay Restaurant is the new owner. Salimeni applied for a liquor license from Community Board 10 and will be at the January 10th meeting.
