Rigites Hate Rite Aid for Leaving Shelves Empty – They Praise Mom & Pop Pharmacies

The shelves in the Rite Aid stores in the area are still bare, even though Rite Aid said the bankruptcy proceeding is over and stores were going to be stocked again. Ridgites noticed Rite Aid is restocking the beer, soda and chips, like a convenience store.

Rigites are disgusted with Rite Aid. But residents have found well-stocked Mom and Pop pharmacies in the area are the solution. These smaller drug stores have everything and the prices are comparable, if not better on some things.

Ridgites raved about:

a) Nile Ridge Pharmacy at 6922 4th Avenue because the store has everything they need and the owners are helpful.

b) Bay Ridge RX at 6910 – 3rd Avenue – very clean

c) Regency Pharmacy at 7115 3rd Avenue – they deliver prescriptions

d) Teba Pharmacy at  7618 – 5th Avenue

e) Pill Rx at  9701 3rd Avenue (where Pippin’s Pub used to be)

Justin Brannan Commented on Eric Adams’ Indictment on Facebook, So Adams Didn’t See It

Senator Andrew Gounardes rushed to put out a statement telling Mayor Eric Adams to step down because he wanted to be cool with the other socialist politicians.

Justin Brannan also wanted to play with them. But Brannan knew if he put the statement on Twitter both the Mayor and the head of the Brooklyn Democratic Party would chastise him and not support him when he runs for Comptroller. So Brannan put the statement on Facebook to hide it.

The editor of City and State didn’t know that Brannan issued a statement:

Three Rapes in the 68th Precinct in the Last Month…Silence As Women Are Hurt

The NYPD Compstats showed that three women were raped in the 68th Precinct in the last twenty-eight days. (You can see it here)

Why are Captain Kristen Schafer, Senator Andrew Gounardes and Councilman Brannan become immune to rapes in our community?

Why isn’t anyone providing women with safety information? Have any of these rapists been caught?

Location of the three rapes:

1) Tuesday, September 17th at 8:00 pm: Rape 1 – Fort Hamilton Parkway and Ridge Blvd. (Info on Rape 1)

2) On Tuesday, September 10th at 3:00 pm a rape was reported on Gelston Avenue.

3) On September 10th at 10:00 pm, a rape was reported at 5th Avenue and 72nd Street:

Senator Andrew Gounardes is silent each time a woman has been hurt in our community. Gounardes shies aways from talking about difficult topics (City of Yes, illegal marijuana shops, Homeless shelter, etc.)

Senator Gounardes was busy piling on the Mayor with the socialists online:

Instead of informing the public when the crime stats came out, Andrew Gounardes was beating up a random Republican on social media:

Last week, Senator Gounardes failed to share information about a sexual assault at the 95th Street train station. Andrew doesn’t believe women should know what is happening in our neighborhood and has failed to provide a warning. (Info here)

In the past, Councilman Brannan has failed to warn women in Bay Ridge as well. He’s head of a committee in NYC Council and doesn’t want to provide the community information about safety, the City of Yes, a new high school or the homeless shelter.

Councilman Brannan’s said the reason he does not share information is he is protecting the privacy of the woman who was raped. There is a way to give out a warning without saying any private information. It’s sad the politician hasn’t taken a stand for women.

Elect better people, Bay Ridge.

What’s Up at the Narrow’s Coffee Shop Location?

I noticed the white storefront and the men at the front of the building so I grabbed my phone to snap a picture before the light changed.

Justin Brannan on the NYC Sheriff

Councilman Brannan hasn’t shared any of the NYC Sheriff’s work in Bay Ridge, but today he went off on the sheriff on social media. (Story here)

Remember when Brannan told us that he and Gounardes ‘were going to get creative’ and close the illegal cannabis shops and then they did nothing?

While the whole city was talking about Mayor Adams, Justin Brannan brought up the sheriff.
