Qahwa Roots Cafe is opening at 6812 – 3rd Avenue. It’s a coffee shop that will sell Yemeni coffee.
The windows have a coming soon message.
A waffle place was supposed to open at this location, but I don’t remember seeing it opened.

A car parked on 64th Street and 11th Avenue had their rims, tires and grille stolen last night.
I feel terrible for the owner – no one should have to walk up to their car looking like this.
Three thieves robbed the car. You can see one guy on the side and two in the front.

Tonight around 9:55 pm, a SUV collided with a light pole on 90th Street and Fort Hamilton Parkway.
The SUV drove up onto the sidewalk and knocked over the light pole. (See video)

Around 3:15 pm, a bus and pickup truck crashed on Ridge Blvd and 76th Street. (See videos)
Hopefully, no one was hurt.
Earlier today, a school bus was in a serious accident in Staten Island and children were brought to the hospital.
Overturned school bus as a result of a crash at the intersection of Laconia Avenue and Naughton Avenue, Staten Island. #NYPD and #FDNY responded to the scene.
