At the neighboring 68th Precinct in Bay Ridge:
One cop rang up 34 tickets since 2014, including 17 for speeding and one for running a red light.
Another cop in the same command has 29 tickets dating back to 2013, with eight for speeding and three for running red lights.
A colleague has 14 tickets since 2014, including five for speeding and one for running a red light.
Another has 25 tickets since 2015, including 11 for speeding and one for running a red light.
Another has eight speeding tickets and three red light tickets since 2014.
Another has 36 tickets since 2014, including five serious moving violations.

Disappointing to see Assemblywoman Nicole Malliotakis try to solicit campaign contributions by using another woman’s picture in her video.
Malliotakis will not be facing Nancy Pelosi in an election.
Malliotakis’ opponent would be Max Rose, yet Rose doesn’t appear in any of the pictures. Why?
Staten Island and Brooklyn voted the old politics of Dan Donovan out and Max Rose, the war veteran in. People were so tired of the picture-taking politician.
Nicole Malliotakis shared an office with Marty Golden. Golden was voted out four months ago and Malliotakis still hasn’t opened an office or set up a desk in this district.

March 15, 2019Giacomo’s in Bay Ridge was Sold
Giacomo’s Wood Fired Pizza & Trattoria at 7902 – 3rd Avenue in Bay Ridge had up signs that they were renovating.
We were fans of Giacomo’s because the owner was related to Scotty’s Pizzeria in Sunset Park…Scotty’s son.
Tonight they shared the message that they sold the restaurant.
The owners of Giacomo are opening a new restaurant in Staten Island where Villa Monte used to be – 170 New Dorp Lane Staten Island, NY 10306.
Good luck to the great owners – you will be missed in Bay Ridge!

Does Andrea Catsimatidis know that Nicole Malliotakis voted for a bill that gave huge tax breaks to Manhattan developers?
I don’t know….I have a feeling she wouldn’t care as Andrea’s father is a developer.
Here’s the thing……although John Catsimatidis supported Nicole, he never implied anything about her that wasn’t true as Andrea is doing here.
Nicole Malliotakis hasn’t been a strong voice for her community. Nicole Malliotakis voted for tax breaks for developers and she was silent on social media about her vote.
Where are the tax breaks for property owners and small business owners in her area? Why is Nicole Malliotakis running for another position that is years away when there is work that needs to be done in her community.
Malliotakis shared an office with Senator Golden. The people kicked Golden out in November and Malliotakis still hasn’t opened an office or secured a desk in her Bay Ridge community.

March 14, 2019Flushing Bank in Bay Ridge was Robbed Today
Early today, Flushing Bank on 3rd Avenue and 71st Street in Bay Ridge was held up. The bank robber ran out with $2000 in cash.
The bank bandit gave the teller a note and then left with money. The robber did not show a gun (which is strange).
The robber is still on the loose.
Nearby schools held shelter-in drills (they lock the doors to the school so no one can enter). It’s not the same as a lockdown drill, so students may not have noticed.
