I never drove on my neighbors fence, so I am unsure the speed needed to get up there. I imagine it’s a lot faster than the current speed limit.
We’re all just lucky that a pedestrian wasn’t here – 86th Street between 12th and 13th Avenue.

CLEANUP & WATER TESTING
On Sunday, October 6th from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm, the Friends of Denyse Wharf will be having a clean up. They will also be conducting water quality tests at this historic pier beneath the shadow of the Verrazzano Bridge.
Students who would like community service hours can come if they have this signed by their parent on this page.

The NYC DOT wants to paint lines for bike lanes in Bay, even though they know that isn’t going to keep people safe.
