November 29, 2019Filmmaker Claim He was Kicked Out of Republican Debate in Bay Ridge
Last year, The Father K movie came out highlighting the city council election that Father Khader El-Yateem was a candidate. The movie did an overview of the Arab community afterward.
This month, another movie called Inshallah, came out about the same election. Ahmed Mansour said it took two years for it to complete because he waited to see what happened to the community…..his community.
In the video, at 8:44, a person in the audience compliments the video and asks how they got the footage of Justin Brannan. Brannan is then referred to as: “the enemy.” Ahmed Mansour answered by saying he changed his appearance by cutting his beard and coloring his hair. Then he said he was thrown out of the Republican Debate when they discovered he was an Arab. (That part is weird….any thoughts on what event that was?) Another man shot the footage of Brannan.
Also revealed in this video above, they talked about how El-Yateem had a team member, who was in charge of “the paid canvassers.”
Disappointingly, the speakers in the video talked about “our community,” but they don’t mean the Bay Ridge community – they mean the Arabic community. See a review of the film here.
We have to see the video to find out if Mansour included the missing money? See here. Since Mansour followed what happened after the election, he would know that head of El-Yateem’s campaign works for Councilman Brannan – did he include that? See here

November 28, 2019Happy Thanksgiving Bay Ridge
Happy Thanksgiving Bay Ridge!
I am always thankful for my neighbors in Bay Ridge. I’m thankful for the kindness that has been extended to me by the people on my block and this community. I’m thankful for the people who go above and beyond to help children, senior citizens, veterans and animals. They quietly do these acts because they know it’s the right thing to do. You make Bay Ridge feel like Bay Ridge.
At the end of every day, I say aloud what I am thankful for – even if I am tired or don’t want to.
Being thankful reminds you of all you have. So even when the government has their hand in your pocket and your local pol is too afraid to do anything, you still have a lot to be thankful for as you are being robbed. (In Brooklyn, we aren’t fake – not even on Thanksgiving – LOL)

November 27, 2019RIP Tiffany Ojeda Hill
![]()
RIP Tiffany Ojeda Hill.
![]()
Tiffany was from Brooklyn. She attended PS 131 in Borough Park, Mckinley Junior High School and John Dewey High School. She became a Marine.
Being in the military, took her to other states and for the past three years she lived in Vancouver Washington with her three children.
Yesterday, Tiffany Ojeda Hill was killed in front of her mother and three children in the parking lot of Sarah Anderson Elementary School. Her estranged husband, Keland Hill shot her and her mother and then later after police chased him, he shot and killed himself. Thankfully, Tiffany’s mother is alive. Story here and here.
Tiffany had a domestic violence protective order against her estranged husband. In the request, Tiffany wrote, “I fear for my life,” adding that her husband “is getting angrier” and that “if he had a gun he would definitely use it against me.” Keland Hill had previously been arrested for violating the proctive order, placing a tracker on Tiffany’s car and following her. (See here)
Tiffany was a mother of three, a daughter, a sister, a friend and a Marine veteran. Her sister went to Washington to identify Tiffany (so awful), take care of Tiffany’s children who were placed in protective custody and see her mother at the hospital! Prayers for strength for Tabitha. (See here)
A GoFundMe Account was made to help Tiffany’s children. See here.
Tiffany’s sister, Janice wrote: “Something has to change, domestic violence is real, laws need to change.
#MYSISTERSKEEPER #JUSTICEFORTIFFANY “
RIP Tiffany. Prayers for her family.
Tiffany’s obituary read:
USMC Sgt. Tiffany Ojeda Hill
Sunrise: April 16, 1984
Sunset: November 26, 2019
USMC Sgt. Tiffany Ojeda Hill was born on April 16, 1984 in
Maimonidies Hospital in Brooklyn, NY. Tiffany is survived by her
parents, Aurea Conde and Jesus Ojeda Jr. Tiffany was a great sister and
friend to her six remaining siblings: Janice Ojeda, Tabitha Ojeda, Denise
Ojeda Rivera, Jesus Ojeda Jr III, Stephany Ojeda, and Matthew Ojeda.
Tiffany was an amazing, special, loving & caring mother to her four
beautiful children: Kayla Autumn Hill, Cameron David Hill, Jasmine Elise
Hill, and now, today we can say, she has been reunited with her
heavenly princess, Autumn Hailey Hill.
In addition, on her mother’s side, she leaves behind her loving
grandfather, Angelo Conde. Also, on her father’s side, her loving
grandparents, Iris Diaz and Jesus Ojeda Sr.
She also leaves behind a loving extended family, which includes
aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, godchildren, and cousins (who some of
them she treated and loved as her nieces & nephews). Tiffany also had
many friends in the military. These service men and women became a
support for her, and their brotherhood/sisterhood were very important
to her. We are so grateful for their service to our country and to
Tiffany. She also leaves behind a great & loving community of friends &
supporters, who she referred to as her “village”, from North Carolina to
Maryland to Washington State. These people were there for her and
supported her in every possible way in her time of need. They were her
friends who became close friends who would eventually become like
family to her.
As a little girl, Tiffany went to P.S. 131 Elementary School. She
later spent her Junior High School years at McKinley JHS. She later
spent her high school years at John Dewey HS. In 2005, Tiffany decided
to join the US Marine Corps. In 2007, she is deployed to serve In Iraq
and there she serves for 2 years. During her service time, she received
service awards, which include, The Marine Corps Good Conduct Medal,
The National Defense Service Medal, The Iraq Campaign Medal, The
Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, and The Navy Sea Service
Deployment. In 2008, she is honorably discharged for injuries she
suffered during her time in service.
Tiffany was an amazing person! She had the sweetest soul. A
gentle spirit. She always looked to serve others. She volunteered on the
PTA at all of the kids’ schools. She would cook, bake, or serve in
whatever was needed to be done. A true servant!
Her greatest joy, are her three beautiful children. They were, and
will always continue to be, her greatest loves! They each have a unique
part of her and of who she is. They will always remember her for her
love, kindness, grace, and unconditional support that she showed them
in everything that they wanted to try to do. She was their biggest
cheerleader! However, they will also remember her for always being
their biggest defender & greatest protector. She will always be
remembered for her bravery, courage, and grace during her times of
service to our country. However, she also displayed those qualities in
the way she conducted herself in life, when she faced the toughest of
challenges. Always the soldier…. Always a mom….
You will forever live in our hearts! You will forever be loved!
You will forever be missed! Until we meet again our sweet Tiffany!
May your soul rest in peace in the loving arms of Your Savior &
Lord. Amen!
