From video Tonight, a man was shot at 308 – 68th Street (right off 3rd Avenue) in Bay Ridge before 8:00 pm. Two suspects fled on foot. Shell casings were found at the scene. In the video, the man is conscious and the description says that his injury is not life threatening. (See here) .
