On 3rd Avenue and 93rd Street, a small woman’s boutique went out of business. Today, we saw the new awning for a candy and smoke shop is coming in (next to the Martial Arts place in the photo above) The store on the other side of this new shop is a Candy and Vape Shop.
Wednesday, December 22nd, 2021JJ Bubbles Bar in Bay Ridge Was Sold
We saw the SOLD sign on JJ Bubbles’ window. JJ Bubbles at 7912 3 Avenue was sold for $1,720,000 on December 15th. ($521 a square foot) (Source) The apartment above the bar was in excellent shape. (See here) We wonder if they will keep the bar or gut the area to rent to another business.
