NYS Has Money For a Pool at Pier 3 in Manhattan

There is not enough money to house the homeless in NYC, but there is money to put a floating pool at Pier 35 on the Lower East Side in Manhattan in 2025. (Story here) See cost here.

Malliotakis’ Office Assisted a Brooklynite After Her Check Was Stolen

Congresswoman Nicole Malliotakis shared that her office was able to help a woman in Brooklyn after her loan forgiveness check was stolen and cashed! The woman’s check was for $21,682.00. Malliotakis’ office contacted the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Bureau of Fiscal Services (BFS). BFS direct deposited the money into the Brooklynite’s bank account!
