A 72-year-old woman was walking on 4th Avenue and 96th Street on Sunday, May 5th at 4:50 pm. A man punched her in the back of the head! For five years, Andrew Gounardes hasn’t done anything about property taxes. He had the Committee which should have made changes to property taxes. We need a fresh new government!
