Forty-three Con Edison customers have partial or no power on 91st Street below 3rd Avenue. (See Con Edison’s map) Con Edison expects to restore power by 9:30 pm tonight (they always give that time, but usually solve the problem quicker). Some residents have partial power and can still access FIOS.
