Artist Lived at a House on 74th Street in BR

  Frederic W. Small, a pulp fiction artist lived at  464 – 74th Street in Bay Ridge in the 1920’s.              Brownstone Detectives (see here) shared that Small’s work graced the covers of many fantasy magazines & movie posters.
