Afternoon Fire on 7th Avenue & 89th Street

Around 1:15 pm, there was a fire on 7th Avenue and 89th Street.  The fire started in the basement and went to the first floor. (See video) One person had minor injuries from the fire. Firefighters from Ladder 10 responded to put out the fire. .
