NYC Car Thieves Arrested for Stealing 250 Car Parts and Vehicles

Could these thieves be responsible for some of the overnight thefts in Bay Ridge and Dyker Heights?

This group stole: 11 cars, 172 tires and rims and 69 catalytic converters from the Bronx and also slices of Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens.

Most of the thieves were given supervised release.
