NYC Car Thieves Arrested for Stealing 250 Car Parts and Vehicles

This group stole: 11 cars, 172 tires and rims and 69 catalytic converters from the Bronx and also slices of Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens.

Most of the thieves were given supervised release.
