Why Aren’t the Sprinklers and Water Fountains on in McKinley Park?

McKinley Park has been upgraded, but the sprinklers and water fountains are not on! When a resident asked NYC Council representative, Kayla Santosuosso, she didn’t respond. You can see she is tagged because her name is in blue.
