Cynthia shared the photo of 86th Street looking terrible and dirty. The 86th Street BID needs to hire a powerwash for the street. It’s looked like this for a long time.
Council representative. Kayla Santosuosso has been in office for almost six months and she hasn’t done anything to clean up the area. Remember when she did the videos to make you think she was going to take care of the area?
