Dixy Chicken at 7504 – 5th Avenue closed. I was surprised so many Ridgites said they will miss this chicken.
The building was sold at the end of February for $1,830,000. It was listed in October for $1,820,000 (so the market is good).

Hi
I live on shore road near 75th street every
Saturday and Sunday from around 4pm till almost midnight I hear loud percussive music with singing and instrumentation followed by fireworks
This is disturbing the peace and quite a nuisance
Has anyone else complained and are their any suggestions you may have that something can be done about this
