Nyla Fraser: Missing 13-Year-Old Girl in Brooklyn

Nyla Fraser aka Joy is a missing 13-year-old girl.

She was last seen on Saturday, February 21st at 6:00 pm with her 15-year-old friend on Surf Avenue and West 20th Street in Coney Island, Brooklyn.

Her father misses her and is searching for her.
