Court Street Bike Lane in Carroll Gardens Has Upset Brooklynites – Same Senator as Bay Ridge

Downtown Brooklyn is not loving the bike lane on Court Street in Carroll Gardens. Sue to gerrymandering, this community has the same senator as Bay Ridge.
