Brooklyn: Fort Hamilton Parkway & 45th Street, the @NYPD66Pct is investigating a violent robbery where a group on mopeds stole an e-bike from a person, then deliberately rammed into the victim, assaulted him, and snatched his cellphone. Warning – violent video.
This afternoon a group of six men on four mopeds stole an e-bike from a person on Fort Hamilton and 45th Street.
After they took the e-bike, they chased the person down the block and rammed into the person with their moped, so they could steal their cellphone.
Then one of the men came from behind and hit the person in the head. The person fell to the ground and was kicked repeatedly. *How awful!
Finally, the person got up and ran away. They try to stop a vehicle for help, but the person driving the vehicle had no idea what happened and didn’t stop.

This happened in the 66th Police Precinct.
*I saw this group this afternoon on 65th Street near Ft. Hamilton Parkway.
