Nightmare on 73rd Street in Bay Ridge

Two homes on 73rd Street between Ridge Blvd and 3rd Avenue share a driveway. The Hogans live on the left and Edwin lives in the house with the arrow. Edwin is using the shared drive for exercise classes in the driveway! (Source)
The Hogans weren’t looking to be in the paper or to talk to the NY Post – they just want to be able to use their driveway! They filed a lawsuit so they can use their driveway! (See here) This should be a simple case.
Why hasn’t the * owner * of Edwin’s house helped the Hogans?
If someone wanted to workout next to Christ Church, across the street from these homes (see here), no one would notice, as long as they weren’t doing it during service times. On the corner of this street is a library with a huge sidewalk. There is also a park a few blocks away on Shore Road.
Edwin can also use the back of his driveway or the decks to the house. (See here)
Thursday, September 28th is Good Neighbor Day. If you don’t live on 73rd Street, remember to celebrate your good neighbors!
