The Progressive Caucus Wants to Reduce the NYPD…Brannan Steps Back
The Daily News has a story about the Progressives Caucus in NYC Council.
They made a Statement of Principles, which includes reducing the NYPD. (Story here)
The story says Councilman Brannan left the caucus.

These Progressives allowed schools to be defunded because they rushed the budget and didn’t follow the procedures.
The beginning month of school was chaotic because the Progressive politicians didn’t care. Justin Brannan was the head of finance for NYC Council and he should have backtracked and done the right thing. But he didn’t do anything.
Progressives are working against NYC and against Mayor Adams.
For nine months some stores in our neighborhood have been illegally selling pot and not one Progressive politician spoke up about people breaking the law for nine months.
