Empire Cafe in Bay Ridge Quietly Closed
Empire Cafe at 8312 – 5th Avenue in Bay Ridge quietly closed.
This was a good soup place and very nice people worked there.
Rising rents are due to rising property taxes.
While Councilman Brannan and Senator Gounardes have some fooled that property owners received “property tax breaks,” they actually threw bread crumbs and property taxes were raised!
