1) New Yorkers who are trying to avoid the trains because they don’t feel safe.
2) New Yorkers going to hospital in Manhattan for treatments
3) Taxi drivers.
4) Students and families using Uber/car service to keep them safe
5) The middle class – NY’ers testified that this will hurt them.

When you see Brooklyn politicians like, Andrew Gounardes and Brad Lander pushing congestion pricing, you know something is wrong.
