$160 Million Purchase in Bay Ridge on June 29th
An Instagram post by TradedNY says that 9036 – 7th Avenue was sold for $160 Million dollars on June 29th. People are congratulating the new owner, Joel Landau from The Allure Group. (See here)
That’s the Victory Memorial (then SUNY Downstate Medical Center) property, where Maimonides Hospital said they broke ground in June 2021. (See here)
In 2008, this property sold for 45 million. (See here)
The Allure Group owns the Hamilton Park Nursing and Rehabilitation center next to the hospital.
Maimonides is subleasing from the Allure Group. (See here)
