Not new….we looked at these over three years ago. They are tiny inside and have NO closets!! The sales gimmick was that if you bought, they would have a professional closet company build your closets….making already small rooms even smaller. The apartments all looked like college dorm rooms….small and bare.
LOL. Carol, we saw a home in Bay Ridge on 100th Street. The owners had California closets. The realtor said that California closets will redesign the closet to our wardrobe. That was the biggest selling point on the home. It was $799K 13 years ago.
