It really bothers me when people take photos of homeless people…..but not this time. This woman wanted to get help for the woman laying on the ground. The woman laying on the ground refused help.
This is someone’s mother, sister, cousin and friend – they have no idea she is laying on the street and refusing help.
If someone isn’t well enough to accept help, the city should step in if their face is laying on the street.
