ShotSpotter is on 3rd Avenue in Bay Ridge
ShotSpotter is installed in neighborhoods where gunfire has been detected.
It’s that weird box on the streetlamp poles. People asked about them in Bay Ridge last year, but no one confirmed what they were. (See it here)
I didn’t realize ShotSpotter was on 3rd Avenue in Bay Ridge since 2019!
The Citizen App told us that a loud noise (either a gun or backfire from a car) was heard by the ShotSpotter.
