For Lease Sign on Beyond Dance on 3rd Avenue
I was sad to see the blaring “FOR LEASE” sign on Beyond Dance at 8717 – 3rd Avenue in Bay Ridge. This business has been here a long time.
This wouldn’t have happened if the pandemic didn’t happen. The Beyond Dance Company is still teaching kids to dance and be stars – see photos here. It looks like they are using Our Lady of Angels now.
This is a double storefront and measures 40×100. This lease also includes the basement (the top sign over For Lease says that). The number on the sign is 718-921-1744.
