When this driver thought it was OK to terrorize Bay Ridge driving recklessly with a loud muffler, ? plate, tinted windows, numerous suspensions and evade the ?, your Steady Sector D said ABSOLUTELY NOT!! The 68th Precinct took this car off the street.
This problem has been left for many years so one car off the street isn’t going to make a difference.
They probably have to take about 10 cars off the street to send the message that Bay Ridge isn’t a racetrack.
