Man Arrested for St. Athanasius Vandalism – Charged with Federal Count of Criminal Mischief
Tonight, they news announced that the police arrested a 29-year-old man for the vandalism/hate at St. Athanasius last week. See story here
He was charged with one federal count of criminal mischief as a hate crime. It’s interesting that they hit him with a federal charge. Is this to prevent him from getting around NYS bail reform?
