Many Shuttered Storefronts in Bay Ridge
Covid-19 hurt many businesses.

Bay Ridge had empty store fronts long before Covid-19 hit.
When there are multiple closures on one block, it looks terrible:

Property owners or their realtors should be required to put banner signs across the top so that the rest of the block doesn’t have to look at the ugly empty storefronts.
Compass Realty uses these signs:
The old Paint Your Pot Storefront is empty, but doesn’t make the area look blighted.
