RIP Kamel Mahmoud – Died From Hit and Run in Bay Ridge

On February 15th, Kamel Mahmoud was hit by a car which took off after it hit him. (Story here)

Mahmoud died five days later in the hospital.

Mahmoud was 72 years old and a cancer survivor.

RIP Kamel Mahmoud.
